Code of Corporate Governance is structured as a reference for the Organs Company (General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners) to manage and to conduct business activity of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga based on the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which becomes the rules and guidelines for the Company's management in carrying out its business activities. Application of the principles of GCG (transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness) necessary for the Company to survive in the face of increasingly fierce competition. GCG is expected to be a means to achieve the vision and mission of the Company.
This manual contains provisions related to the General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners, the Company’s corporate governance including the management of the Company’s subsidiaries and the relations to the Company’s stakeholders.
