Procurement of goods/services at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga takes into account the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, competitiveness, transparency, fairness and accountability. In accordance with cultural values and corporate governance.

Goods/Services Providers can obtain information related to goods/services procurement activities as follows:

Registration & Data Update

  1. If the Goods/Services Provider is still not registered in the Pertamina Vendor Database (PVD), then you can register through the application platform https://apps.pertamina.com/ivendor.
  2. Goods/Services Providers who have been registered with the PVD and have a Certificate of Registration (SKT) are required to update data if there are documents that are out of date and/or there is a change in information related to the Goods/Services Provider. Data updates can be done through the application platform https://apps.pertamina.com/ivendor.
  3. Goods/Services Providers are required to ensure valid email contact information and telephone number or WhatsApp can be contacted.
  4. Further information can be accessed on SPARTAN (Procurement Vendor Management menu).

The Selection of Goods/Services Providers

  1. After being registered as a Goods/Services Provider at Pertamina and having an SKT, registration must be carried out in order to be able to access the SMART by GEP application which is a platform for implementing Provider Selection.
  2. Goods/Services Providers are required to ensure that the email contact information used at SMART by GEP is registered and updated regularly viahttps://apps.pertamina.com/ivendor.
  3. The activated email must be registered in the Goods/Services Provider profile at https://apps.pertamina.com/ivendor.
  4. Get an activation email to login to SMART by GEP (Sample Activation Link).
  5. Learn & understand new ways of interacting through the SMART by GEP platform through the SAPP-Smart GEP Supplier User Guide Ver 2.0 Guidance Booklet which can be accessed on the SPARTAN (Procurement Tender Registration menu).

Information & Announcement of the Selection Process

  1. Goods/Services Providers with supporting documents that are still valid, have performance, qualifications & classifications that meet the requirements will be given the opportunity to take part in Provider Selection activities.
  2. Announcement of Provider Selection activities will be delivered via email to Goods/Services Providers who meet the requirements, so make sure the email address information recorded in the PVD is valid.
  3. Goods/Services Providers who meet the requirements can also access Provider Selection announcements via SMART by GEP after the Goods/Services Provider logs in via the View Pending Tasks → RFX or Manage → RFX menu. Learn & understand new ways of interacting through the SMART by GEP platform through the Vendor Onboarding guide at SPARTAN (Procurement menu for Tender Registration).
  4. Information regarding open tenders can be accessed through https://ptm.id/daftarGEPSMART .
